Cut to a custom profile on a rotary die — shapes a slotter cannot make.
Where the box has to lock, fold, carry a handle, display product or fit a shape that a straight slot cannot produce, it is cut on a rotary die. ICZ holds dies for its repeat lines and commissions new ones per customer. Die-cutting is what makes self-locking cartons, shelf-ready packaging and inserts possible.
