    Board making

    Board is made to your specification — the combination of papers chosen for the load the box has to carry and the journey it has to make, rather than a standard grade applied to everything.

  2. 02

    Printing and cutting

    Your artwork is printed and the board cut in the same pass, so the print sits where the creases are and every box in the run is the same as the one you approved.

    Converting and finishing

    Cut board becomes a finished box — folded, glued or stitched to the construction the job calls for, so it arrives ready to make up on your line.

  4. 04

    Quality control

    Board and finished cartons are tested against your specification before release. Anything that fails is held rather than shipped.

    Packing and dispatch

    Counted, labelled and delivered on our own vehicles against the date agreed with your quotation — so the delivery date is one we control rather than one we pass on.
